Overbank (2011)

Overbank is a film about building blocks, about the fragmentation and reconstruction of a landscape through texture, movement and sound. It was shot in Frogtown on the banks of the Los Angeles River. Created in collaboration with Dikega Hadnot. watch the video >


Weathering (2011)
Weathering emerged from a month-long artist residency in Joshua Tree National Park, during which I collaborated with performers Brittany Delany, Samantha Sherman and Sarah Ashkin, as well as composer Adam Tinkle, to develop a new piece exploring the intersections of somatic and geological systems. AIOU (2009)
AIOU is a site-specific work exploring the complexities and instabilities of the performer-audience relationship, and the fluid architecture of the body in space. This piece took place in Schönberg Dance Studio at Wesleyan University, where the audience was asked to walk through a semi-transparent membrane as they viewed the performers in three hundred sixty degrees… see full description & video >
